I've tried, over the years, not to be too obsessed with things. I heard bad things about people who got tunnel vision and couldn't see that they were fixating. And with that firmly in mind, I've watched, helplessly, over the last year, as I have slid, ever-so-carefully, down the hole.

The first step towards fixing a problem is admitting you have one.
