While it doesn't seem likely that the big tech scheisters that are forcing their dystopia on the world are going to wake up and realize they're the bad guys, there are some technology makers who haven't [yet] been bought, and that feels like a nice bit of oxygen for those drowning in the mire.

Here, for example, is a list of web browsers that don't contain AI. I can't personally vouch for any of them, as I haven't yet migrated away from Firefox (but intend to do so, now that AI is being built into it), however, they might be worth a try. I'd just tell you the two browsers that are listed, but the information about the way and extent that AI is being integrated into the other browsers might be useful to anyone who's not completely against AI, but would like to limit their use.

Interestingly, one of the browsers listen in the page above does give an explanation of their reasoning for excluding AI. Some of it is covered in this very article, but some is new to me, even now, such as AI's apparent habit of spewing out people's private data. I won't plagiarize it, because I'm not AI. You'll note that the above article was written by a genuine, hard-core nerd, the likes of which built the internet and whatever you're reading this on, right now. We owe the nerds our allegiance - especially those who oppose AI. They are our guides in this world of tech that we've all become a part of.

I repeat; the solution to all of this is to disengage. But it needs to be a mass exodus, not a few people using AI a little bit less than they might. AI is feeding on us and we have to stop the flow of energy and resources, if we want to starve the monster and recover what it is stealing.
