Radweld
AKA: Radiator Weld, Hose Weld, Radiator Repair
Although generally long-lasting, this kind of product is intended for temporary repair of holes in radiators and hoses. Do not rely on it long-term. Always ensure holes are properly repaired and damaged parts are replaced before they cause further problems.
A powder that mixes with the coolant in your engine and hoses to create a sticky substance that seals holes in hoses and radiators.
Just pour some of the powder into your coolant tank and replace the cap, then run the engine for a few minutes to circulate the solution. Ideally, you should drive the vehicle for at least 15 minutes after adding Radweld, to enable the engine to get hot enough for the solution to form, and the coolant pressure to increase enough to force the solution through any holes that may exist in the radiator or hoses. When the solution gets pushed through the holes, it gets stuck and when the engine and coolant cool down, it hardens, sealing the hole.
