Summary Update

In this update, there are improvements to the mail processor, moderation CP, dashboard and recordings.

* All mail triggered by subscriptions, account changes, mentions and other processes is now compiled into a single email, so you won't get more than one at a time, anymore, no matter how many events you may have.

* Moderators can now see individual listings for each flag type, and have additional controls on user profiles.

* The Gold dashboard has new features!

* Recording categories are now updated for new groups and content.
