Summary Update

In this update, there are improvements to the mail processor, moderation CP, dashboard and recordings.

All mail triggered by subscriptions, account changes, mentions and other processes is now compiled into a single email, so you won't get more than one at a time, anymore, no matter how many events you may have.

Moderators can now see individual listings for each flag type, and have additional controls on user profiles.

The Gold dashboard has new features!

Recording categories are now updated for new groups and content.
