Video Embed Markers & Dashboard Tweak

In this update, video embedding support has been added to allow videos to be placed within post text with a click, using unobtrusive markers. This is of benefit to authors and editors, but you, dear friend and Burtman supporter, will enjoy richer content as a result. You'll see.
