Process Updates & Data Saver

When signed in, you can now click "Data Saver" on the menu bar, and none of the page banners or article photographs will be downloaded. It's good if you want to save data, obviously, but also for authors and editors making series changes to an article.

In addition, when you are added to, or removed from, a user group, you now receive a simple email notification with the group details, instead of a list of all your subscriptions. It's a lot easier to understand what happened.

There are also a few bug fixes, some deprecations and a couple of new features certain user groups. Most of the changes in this build won't make much difference to you, but authors and editors will enjoy them. :)
