ACL & Refactoring

Most of the changes in this update happened behind the scenes, improving response times, reducing overheads and yada yada of that sort, but there was also a new feature. The post ACL allows our users to take on additional group-based roles like author and editor, within a given category and for a set time. This will enable new guest authors to try out in a contained way (just in case they turn out to be awful).

You can see guest authors and other staff assigned to a given page in the footer (left of the crypto section).
