Summary Update

* Video embedding is now group-specific, so private videos can be made available to specific groups.
* A few interfaces and tasks have been streamlined, to make page delivery a little faster.
* Post category descriptions now available (and on by default) for new users.
* Page load times improved with more aggressive image compression.
