One thing I had noticied was sorely lacking from mark 2 was a place to write, type, sketch, edit videos and put food and drinks. I needed a nice big table.

Luckily, some friends happened to be getting rid of a perfectly-sized, lightweight, folding table with a drawer, just at the time when I was coming up with this thought.

I snapped it up and used some offcuts of a previous bed rail to elongate the front legs.

With the leaf folded down, there's enough room to walk and with it lifted up, the table space is excellent. The side of the table that now touches the wall also had a lifting leaf, but that wasn't going to do much good, so I took it off and later used it as a lid and seat above the toilet.
