Eyes shine brightly back at me,
in light so bright, I hardly see.
Not a moment more to wait,
opening now, the golden gate.

Across the river, soaked inside,
we unify the great divide.
Burn the herb and rise your hand,
toward the bodies of the land.

In this night and at this hour,
rise inside the ancient power.
Shielded by the purple light,
beginning now, no end tonight.

Into depths, we fly as one,
returning when our job is done.
And when we wake with evil slain,
they will all remember ˈkʌɪn.

I've had the privilege of following Burtman.net, over the years, with all the exciting things it's been adding. I enjoy the stories while sipping endless cups of tea, as I've learned from Burtman. I love diving into his ridiculous scenarios and getting infected by his road trip religion. Everything's accessible and relatable (even technical stuff) and shows how making mistakes leads to learning. I'm inspired by that.
