Not for use with live electrical circuits, due to the metal shaft being electrically conductive (see insulated Screwdriver for that).

I do all the mail for Burtman and he's as sarcastic in private as he is in public. Not that I look at his mail. But one thing that struck me was how interesting he is. Could he be the most interesting guy on the whole web? Maybe... Maybe. - Burtman
